GEORGIA MARTIN

Founder and Partner of UNIT 3 Georgia, has over twenty years experience in the business with her expertise ranging from product development for large retail chains such as Sportsgirl, Eastcoast, Westco and Myer stores, through to designer and boutique range development including her own label Keith jeans (some years back). Over the years her roles have included design conception and marketing, sourcing of fabrics, denims and trims and extensive involvement in local and off shore production.  Georgia’s key strength is to tailor product specifically to the customer’s needs, her trend forecasting and commercial interpretation has proven to be invaluable with the success Unit 3 product has achieved at retail. 

SAM VESKOUKIS

All who know their denim, know Richmond Industrial Laundry (RIL) to be the most creative, innovative and knowledgeable Denim-Laundry in the country. Owner Operator of RIL, Co-Owner of UNIT 3 and  Denim Guru Sam Veskoukis has run the business for close to 30 years and has a broad understanding of denim weaves and construction.  His extensive understanding of how to give each customer a unique wash and hand writing helps them to inevitably be set apart from the others. These washes have been instrumental in helping create such brands as Ksubi, Bettina Liano, Lee, Neuw and Rollas. 

CANDICE SEPTEMBER

With over 14 years experience in the Fashion Industry, Candice has worked across all forms of Fashion retail including Managing stores, Buying, Wholesaling, Marketing and Brand Stategies. She is also responsible for nurturing smaller brands and implementing them into larger stores like Sportsgirl, General Pants, Myer and David Jones. Her in-depth retail knowledge makes her a leader in her field and is fundamentally useful when it comes to honest and reliable brand feedback, helping to build strong customer relationships.
